The same TALEN technology is used in the universal anti-CD123 (UCART123) and anti-CD22 (UCART22) CAR-T product candidates evaluated in two Phase I studies involving adult patients with relapsed or refractory B-ALL (NCT04150497, BALLI-01 study) [168] or relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia (NCT03190278, AMELI-01 study) [114], respectively, as well as in the anti-BCMA CAR-T product ALLO-715 currently under evaluation in the Phase 1 UNIVERSAL study involving refractory/relapsed adult multiple myeloma patients [166].
