The ARCUS genome-editing technology is used in the anti-CD19 allogeneic CAR-T product (PBCAR0191, Azercabtagene zapreleucel or Azer-Cel) currently under evaluation in a Phase I/II study involving relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) and B-ALL patients (NCT03666000) and has shown promising results. This evidence concerns the gene CD19 and non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
