Serum biochemical abnormalities included hypoglobulinemia (2.0 g/dl [2.8–5.4]) with a low-normal albumin (2.4 g/dl [2.2–4.6]), hyponatremia (133 mmol/l [151–158]), hypokalemia (3.1 mmol/l [3.6–4.9]), hypochloremia (101 mmol/l [117–126]), hypophosphatemia (3 mg/dl [3.2–6.3]), and hypoglycemia (59 mg/dl [63–118]). Here, ALB is linked to Hypokalemia.
