Notably, 13 key genes including ELMO1, SOCS1, STAT3, STAT4, IL7R, IL22RA2, TNFRSF1A, TNFSF14, IL2RA, TNFAIP3, BCL10, MAPK3, CD86, CXCR5, and LTBR were found to regulate the changes in cortical structure caused by MS (Additional file 1: Fig. S10). The gene discussed is TNFSF14; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
