This study also analyzed BMAL1 and SIRT1 levels across four different time subgroups (00:00–05:59, 06:00–11:59, 12:00–17:59, and 18:00–23:59) and found that the expression levels were lowest in patients with ischaemic stroke onset from subgroup 2 (6:00–11:59), while subgroup 3 (12:00–17:59) showed a higher trend of BMAL1 and SIRT1 levels.
