Specifically, breast cancer patients with APOB mutations exhibited higher infiltration levels of CD8 + T cell, Macrophage, activated NK cell, and T follicular helper cells, with corresponding log2 fold changes of 0.915524732, 0.564052222, 0.738113493, and 0.446620369, respectively (Fig. 6C-F).
