EZH2 and cancer: To address this question, we measured the antiproliferative potencies of all compounds included in the study against the KARPAS-422 cell line (derived from B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, one of the cancer types for which EZH2 inhibitors are being tested in clinical trials2) and compared all binding and activity data generated in the study with the resulting proliferation IC50 values both in a correlation matrix (Fig. 5e) and individually (exemplified for two parameters in Fig. S8c–d).
