In malignant glioblastoma cell lines, the levels of phosphorylated JAK1, JAK2, and STAT3 were uniformly upregulated with FAK and positively correlated, followed by the levels of phosphorylated p38, JNK and ERK1/2 downregulated, and the trend was reversed after treatment [38].
