We firstly performed PWAS by the ROSMAP (Table 1 and Figure 2A, and Supplementary Table 3) and Banner dataset (Table 1 and Figure 2B, and Supplementary Table 4) and identified 11 proteome-wide significant genes CD38, EFNA3, GAK, GPNMB, HIP1R, HLA-DRB5, RAB29, STX4, TMEM175, TTC19 and VKORC1 for PD (adjusted for Bonferroni correction). The gene discussed is GPNMB; the disease is Parkinson disease.
