In the context of central nervous system metastasis in ALL, the following five hub nodes were identified as significant: CD2 (degree = 19), CD3G (degree = 13), CD3D (degree = 13), lymphocyte-specific protein tyrosine kinase (LCK; degree = 12), and interleukin 2 receptor subunit beta (IL2RB; degree = 12). Here, CD2 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
