Subsequently, a risk stratification risk diagnostic model for HG-NB was developed based on the combination of MGST1, SERPINE1, and ERBB3. The area under the ROC curve was determined to be 0.915, while the sensitivity and specificity were found to be 75.0% and 80.0%, respectively, indicating the potential of the risk diagnostic model for early detection of HG-NB as well as its future therapeutic implications. Here, SERPINE1 is linked to neuroblastoma.
