Additionally, YBX1 showed statistically significant overexpression in 19 common cancers (Fig. 1B), including CESC, COAD, DLBC, ESCA, GBM, HNSC, KIRC, KIRP, LGG, LIHC, LUSC, OV, PAAD, READ, SKCM, STAD, THYM, UCEC, UCS, and was downregulated in 6 cancers, including BRCA, KICH, LAML, LUAD, TGCT, and THCA.
