CD79A and infection: We found significantly enhanced both anti-S IgG titers in serially diluted pre-infection sera (1:400-1:12800) (Fig. 6B) and post infection sera (1:400–1:6400) (Fig. 6C) as well as increased anti-S IgA titers (Fig. 6D) in the lungs of mice post infection immunized with LNP-HPS or BNT-mRNA compared to LNP-C, pHPS and PBS control groups.
