FOXP3 and myocarditis: After treatment, LIPUS reversed the imbalance of Th17 and Treg cells by altering the interactions between transcription factors FOXp3 and RORγt and reducing the expression of a series of ICI-related myocarditis inflammatory factors, thereby inhibiting the development of myocardial inflammation suggesting that LIPUS may have a positive regulatory effect on inflammation in ICI-related myocarditis.
