Since SIRT6 is found to be very well involved in the regulation of Nrf2, we studied the expression of Nrf2/Keap1 by inhibiting SIRT6 with Ethyl 2-[5-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-methyl-1-H-Imidazole-4-yl) acetate in NSCLC cell lines. This evidence concerns the gene SIRT6 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
