The findings revealed that hesperidin and naringin effectively reduced elevated glucose levels, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C), creatine kinase-myoglobin binding (CK-MB), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels while elevating insulin levels in the blood and boosting glycogen content in the liver and muscles of rats with insulin resistance due to diabetes. This evidence concerns the gene INS and Insulin resistance.
