A study conducted to assess the therapeutic efficacy of Embelin, a potential inhibitor of the RANKL cell signaling pathway against invasive glioma showed that Embelin induced apoptosis by inhibiting the NF-kB and thereby suppressed the progression of glioma cell lines in a dose and time-dependent manner without affecting the normal cells (Park et al., 2015[54]). Here, TNFSF11 is linked to glioma.
