In a previous case report, a Chinese, 44-year-old, female non-smoker with stage IV NSCLC harbouring <i>SPECC1L-ALK</i> fusion was treated with crizotinib ± bevacizumab for 23 months (from October 2017 to September 2019) and second-generation ALK inhibitor iruplinalkib for 2.5 months (from October 2019 to January 2020). The gene discussed is ALK; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
