Through the study, they concluded that NAT10 promotes tumor cell migration and gemcitabine resistance by mediating the formation of ac4C modification in mRNA.In conclusion, NAT10 down-regulation inhibits the migration and clonogenic capacity of pancreatic cancer cells and reduces their resistance to gemcitabine,which could be a potential target for pancreatic cancer treatment.
