We previously reported that USP29 stabilizes oncogenic MYC (including c-MYC and N-MYC) and HIF1α in normoxia and hypoxia, respectively, thereby promoting tumor metabolism and progression in c-MYC driven B cell lymphoma and N-MYC driven neuroblastoma [22]. The gene discussed is MYC; the disease is B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
