SUCLG2 and acute myeloid leukemia: Bioinformatics databases Diana-lncbase Version 2, miRDB and Annolnc were used to predict the possible binding miRNAs and binding sites of SUCLG2-AS1.Combined with the lncRNA/miRNA/mRNA coregulatory network of AML constructed in previous studies, we found that SUCLG2-AS1 may bind to miR-17-5p and act as ceRNA.
