The results showed that SFXN1 was predominantly expressed in CD4 + effector memory T cells (CD4 + Tem), CD4 + central memory T cells (CD4 + Tcm), CD8 + central memory T cells (CD8 + Tcm), CD8 + naive T cells, endothelial cells, macrophages, and natural killer (NK) cells, which was consistent with the distribution pattern of CD274 expression (Fig. 8B, C), suggesting that SFXN1 may be implicated in tumor immune evasion mechanisms. The gene discussed is SFXN1; the disease is neoplasm.
