SFXN1 and cancer: Our results indicated that high expression levels of SFXN1 were associated with improved prognosis in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), but with poor prognosis in several other cancers, including LUAD, adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), and mesothelioma (MESO) (Fig. 1G).
