Immune infiltration characteristics analysis showed that the immune status of RA samples of subtype A was higher, and the contents of activated B cells, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, activated dendritic cells and other immune cells were significantly increased compared with those of subtype B. These findings clue that RA can be accurately stratified into different molecular subtypes based on CRGs-related biomarkers, which indicate the reliability of the three genes as RA biomarkers and provide guidance for personalized therapy.
