The most frequent immunological alterations were hypogammaglobulinemia (39%), low number of CD4 + cells (33%), low number of CD19 + cells (30%), lymphopenia (23%), serum IgE levels > 2000 UI/L (19%), neutropenia (11%), and low number of TH17 + cells (8%). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and agammaglobulinemia.
