Calycosin induces apoptosis by upregulating lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) content, caspase‐3, and downregulating miR‐223, PCNA, Bcl‐2, PARP, NF‐κB, p65, and IκBα signaling molecules in 143B cell line, where in vivo study of tumor‐xenograft nude mice, it induces apoptosis and reduces tumor cell mass via downregulating signaling components such as miR‐223, NF‐κB, p65, IκBα, Bcl‐2, and PARP; it mainly suppresses the neoplastic miR‐223‐IκBα pathway.100. Here, BCL2 is linked to neoplasm.
