The biological functions (GO-Biological Process, GO-BP) analysis using Metascape indicated that the above targets were mainly related to pathways in cancer, VEGFA-VEGFR2 signaling pathways, and positive regulation of locomotion, phosphorylation and cell death (Figure 5D), and the results of the KEGG analysis using DAVID indicated that the above targets were closely associated with mechanisms such as the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, microRNA in cancers, focal adhesion, and apopotosis (Figure 5E). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and cancer.
