To further delineate the potential mechanisms through which TXNIP inhibits cancerprogression in pancreatic cancer, we utilized transcriptome sequencing to analyze thedifferential gene expression profiles of tumor cells before and after TXNIP overexpression. Our findings revealed enrichment of differentially expressed genes in the MAPK signalingpathway. The gene discussed is TXNIP; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
