EGFR and glioblastoma: When analyzing copy number alterations, “< 0.3” glioblastoma cases showed decreased numbers of EGFR amplification (27.3% versus 39.1%, data not shown), chromosome 7 gain (31.8% versus 59.3%, data not shown), and chromosome 10 loss (31.8% versus 62.8%, data not shown) when compared to the “≥ 0.84” group.
