Here, we found that LRP6 is abnormally highly expressed and significantly correlated with microsatellite instability (MSI), tumor mutation burden (TMB), and immune cell infiltration and immune checkpoint expression in a variety of tumors, including renal, breast, colorectal, and lung cancers, etc. Moreover, we found that LRP6 was significantly associated with the prognosis of renal clear cell carcinoma. The gene discussed is LRP6; the disease is neoplasm.
