When we analyzed the expression level of AURKA in cancer cells, we found that the KRASG12C inhibitor ARS-1620 decreased both mRNA and protein levels of AURKA in H23 (Fig. 4A, B and Supplemental Material 4) and H358 cells (Fig. 4C, D and Supplemental Material 4) at 24 h post-treatment but increased them slightly at 72 h post-treatment. The gene discussed is AURKA; the disease is cancer.
