In addition, luminal patients displayed increased Bcl2 expression in comparison to HER2 or TNBC subtypes (Fig. 4). Furthermore, we analyzed that BC patients with overexpressed Bcl2 show variations in mTOR signaling, WNT signaling, and the p53-Rb pathway (Fig. 5). Additionally, using TISCH database, the study depicted that Bcl2 is highly upregulated in primary tumors as compared to metastatic tumors. This evidence concerns the gene MTOR and breast cancer.
