A signature based on four APPCAFRGs (THBS2, DPT, COL5A1, and MARCKS) was developed and validated, and the risk score derived from the signature demonstrated an inverse correlation with the infiltration of various immune cells, indicating that high risk was significantly correlated with poorer prognosis and clinical outcomes in PRAD. This evidence concerns the gene THBS2 and prostate adenocarcinoma.
