CXCL13 and breast cancer: Our results demonstrated that the FC had significantly higher expression levels of T cell-related markers (cd4-1, cd8α, tcrα, cd8β, cd4-2b, tcrβ, and cd4-2a), B cell-related markers (igd, igm, igt, cd80/86, and cd22), myeloid cell-related markers (ncf2, cd11b, mrc1, mpeg1, mpo, cd209, and lyz), as well as cytokines (ccr10, ccl20b, ccl9, cxcl13, and ccl25) compared to the Cor and BC (Fig. 3e).
