Our results demonstrated that the FC had significantly higher expression levels of T cell-related markers (cd4-1, cd8α, tcrα, cd8β, cd4-2b, tcrβ, and cd4-2a), B cell-related markers (igd, igm, igt, cd80/86, and cd22), myeloid cell-related markers (ncf2, cd11b, mrc1, mpeg1, mpo, cd209, and lyz), as well as cytokines (ccr10, ccl20b, ccl9, cxcl13, and ccl25) compared to the Cor and BC (Fig. 3e). This evidence concerns the gene CD22 and breast cancer.
