XRCC1 and endocervical adenocarcinoma: Furthermore, analysis of DSS prognosis (Figure 3B) showed the relevance of higher XRCC1 gene expression levels to worse DSS in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC) (P=0.0015), COAD (P=0.0268), KIRC (P=0.0296), LIHC (P=0.0086) and LUSC (P=0.0190).
