HRAS and colorectal cancer: Furthermore, we elucidated for the first time that scale expression of RGD-p21Ras-scFv enters KRAS wild and mutant colorectal cancer cell lines to stably bind to p21Ras and reduce the expression of active p21Ras protein, and consequently inhibits phosphorylation of the MEK-ERK/PI3K-AKT signaling pathway downstream of Ras, providing safety while effectively inhibiting RAS-dependent tumor growth.
