To determine the localization and distribution of RGD-p21Ras-scFv in KRAS wild-type and (KRASG12C, KRASG12D, KRASG12V, KRASG13D) mutant colorectal cancer cell lines, we performed analysis by immunofluorescence co-localization and showed that RGD-p21Ras-scFv could enter into the cancer cell membrane and co-localize with p21Ras co-localization (Fig. 4A). Here, KRAS is linked to colorectal cancer.
