The results indicated a significant correlation between RBMX expression and immune-related pathways, particularly tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFA) signaling via nuclear factor kappa B (NFKB), interferon gamma (IFNG) response, interferon alpha (IFNA) response, and inflammatory in bladder urothelial carcinoma, COAD, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBC), lung squamous cell carcinoma, and STAD. This evidence concerns the gene RBMX and colon adenocarcinoma.
