CDCA5 and cancer: Our study was the first to do a thorough pan-cancer investigation of CDCA5, and the results demonstrated a significant link between CDCA5 expression and clinical prognosis, DNA methylation, tumor mutation, alternative splicing, immune infiltration, immune checkpoints, tumor microenvironment and protein interaction network, which contributes to the knowledge of the role of CDCA5 in carcinogenesis through the perspective of clinical tumor samples.
