In the liver, we observed an effect of the interaction between diet × Tucum-do-Cerrado on GR activity; the HF diet promoted a decrease in GR activity compared with the control diet (p <0.0001), whereas the consumption of Tucum-do-Cerrado combined with a HF diet increased GR activity compared with HF diet (p = 0.019; Fig 2A). The gene discussed is GSR; the disease is hydrops fetalis.
