In addition, important cellular modulators, such as non-coding RNAs, Ets-1, CEBPG, ARID1A, SNAI2 and HRD1 (see Table 2), could significantly regulate SLC7A11 expression in ovarian cancer cells, suggesting that these modulators could be potential therapeutic targets in ovarian cancer patients.
