FOLH1 and posterior cortical atrophy: 68Ga-PSMA-11 (Glu-urea-Lys(Ahx), using N,N′-bis [2-hydroxy-5-(carboxyethyl)benzyl] ethylenediamine-N,N′-diacetic acid) as a 68Ga chelator, has been shown to be the best complex for the imaging of PCa and metastatic lesions due to its high binding affinity, thermodynamic stability and easy preparation compared to the 68Ga-DOTA conjugate variants, known as 68Ga-PSMA-617 and 68Ga-PSMA-I&T [4,5,6].
