In our cross-sectional study, CSF-CXCL13 was highly elevated in neuroborreliosis, cerebral cryptococcosis, neurosyphilis, aspergillosis with CNS involvement, and primary or secondary B-cell lymphoma, which is in line with previous studies [8,9,13,17,19,36,42,51]. The gene discussed is CXCL13; the disease is aspergillosis.
