Dimethyloxaloylglycine (DMOG) is a non-specific inhibitor of 2-OG-dependent dioxygenase that inhibits TET1, TET2, and TET3 expression, which increases the methylation in the Major Histocompatibility Complex, Class I, G (HLA-G) gene promoter and decreases its expression in MCF-7 BC cells [44]. This evidence concerns the gene TET3 and breast cancer.
