Lysine Demethylase 2A (KDM2A) is a lysine demethylase that reduces TET2 expression through the interaction with the V-Rel Avian Reticuloendotheliosis Viral Oncogene Homolog A (RelA) transcription factor in MDA-MB-231, Hs578T, and MDA-MB-468 BC cells. Here, TET2 is linked to breast cancer.
