The above results show that MNX1 was significantly upregulated in breast cancer tissues, and the predictive performance of MNX1 in distinguishing cancer, paracancer, invasive ductal carcinoma, and normal tissues was significantly higher than that of PNMT, suggesting that MNX1 may be an important potential diagnostic biomarker in breast cancer. Here, MNX1 is linked to invasive ductal breast carcinoma.
