IL-17 inhibitors, including secukinumab, ixekizumab, and brodalumab, along with IL-23 inhibitors, including guselkumab, risankizumab, and tildrakizumab, represent the latest class of biologics available for the management of psoriasis, bringing the goal of “complete clear skin” closer to a realistic goal [7,8,9].
