In a Phase I/II study of IMMU-132 in patients with urothelial cancer, Faltas et al. [60] reported six patients with metastatic, platinum-resistant urothelial carcinoma who were treated with sacituzumab govitecan (IMMU-132), a Trop-2-directed monoclonal antibody and topoisomerase inhibitor drug conjugate (see below Figure 5 for further details). Here, TACSTD2 is linked to urothelial carcinoma.
