Similarly, for the HCC PDX models that were resistant to both vinorelbine and mTOR inhibitors (HCC29–0909A, HCC09–0913, HCC30–0805B, and HCC29–1104), everolimus/vinorelbine did not lead to significant changes in the numbers of p-histone H3 Ser10-positive cells, cleaved PARPs, or total blood vessels in comparison with those of the treatments with the vehicle, everolimus, or vinorelbine alone (Supplementary Figures S7 and S8). The gene discussed is MTOR; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
