Importantly, the levels of CD155 (Figure 6A,B), CD113 (Figure 6A,C) and CD112 (Figure 6A,D) proteins were significantly lower in the colon tissues of the DSS+APS group than in the DSS group, the mRNA levels of CD155 (Figure 6E) were significantly lower while those of TIGIT (Figure 6F) were significantly higher, and CD155-positive cells were less distributed in the colonic lamina propria tissues (Figure 6G). This evidence concerns the gene NECTIN2 and autoimmune polyendocrinopathy.
