PLA2R1 and membranous glomerulonephritis: To address the existing research gap and provide new insights into risk stratification for patients with primary membranous nephropathy (PMN), we conducted a comprehensive analysis of a substantial retrospective cohort comprising 372 MN patients, with a median follow-up time of 79 months to investigate the clinical characteristics, renal prognosis, and treatment response among various subtypes based on renal PLA2R antigen staining and serum PLA2R ab test, aiming to provide new evidence for enhanced risk stratification in PMN.
