Additionally, due to the correlation of IL13Ra2 found in other solid tumors and glioblastomas with tumor proliferation and immune cell infiltration [21,24,28], we examined the relationships between IL13Ra2 expression and the tumor stemness marker CD133, proliferation marker Ki67, important antigen presentation molecule HLA-1, helper T-cell marker CD4, and crucial brainstem glioma mutation H3K27M. This evidence concerns the gene IL13RA2 and brain stem glioma.
