When replacing WHO grade with Ki-67 index, age and p-CgA remained significant risk factors along with primary tumor resection (resection is reference HR 1.5; 95%CI: 1.0–2.3; p = 0.041, Figure 3) and Ki-67 index (HR 1.3 per 2-fold increase in Ki-67 index; 95%CI: 1.1–1.5; p < 0.001).
