CD30 is expressed on a small subset of B and T cells in normal tissues, while its expression is typically high in classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL), anaplastic large-cell lymphoma (ALCL), cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) and primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma (PMBCL) [68]. This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF8 and classic Hodgkin lymphoma.
